Covid19 Pandemic- World cries and China counts profit:

Economic Crisis: Many parts of the world have been under house arrest since February. India joined the list in March. The Coronavirus has already claimed 280 thousand lives and still counting. The numbers of affected people are going to touch the 5 million mark very soon. But other than this a very critical area which has been hit is the World Economy. Did you ever imagine that crude oil price would come under a dollar yet no one to purchase? Production all over the world is shut down affecting the livelihood of millions.

 We are seriously worried about the future due to the massive recession we have to face. Reports of employee reduction have already started coming up from many parts. India is also not spared as the predicted expected GDP will come down to Zero. Now that is frightening and many of us even cannot imagine the consequences. Medium and small size business are either shutting down or finding alternatives. So, in short, we can blindly say that the world economy is in a mess.

 China’s role in the mess up: Amid this crisis, a question arises without any surprises that how did the mishap happen and could it have been stopped. The top researchers across the globe are pointing fingers at one country that is China. The major fault of China was its motive to cover up the situation and not letting the world know about the pandemic in the early stage. 

• China started reporting only after the virus has moved to other countries. Well, that was its compulsion and not proactive. Earlier reports and notification could have stopped the spread by many times.
• China declined to provide the first virus sample to any country. The first affecting virus contains the pure genetic information of the virus. China though shared some genetic data but many doubt about its authenticity. The first sample would have helped scientists from other countries to understand its nature much better. It affects largely in making the right medicine or vaccine.

 

How is China profiting: When the entire earth is mourning about the losses occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic, China is busy counting money. China always has an expansive nature and always thinks of its country’s benefit before humanity. This is the thought of China’s leader Mao. Researchers have several ways that indicate China as the most profitable country in this situation. Back in 1960, China was economically and socially backward countries. Communist Leader Mao launched a revolution in 1966 where he asked the young generation to eliminate the burdens of the society. 

 

• China’s fight with overpopulation: It is a well-known fact that China, unlike India, is an ageing country. A large portion of the population is the old generation and non-productive. Moreover, the Govt. has to spend a huge amount for its senior citizens. Interestingly Coronavirus mainly attacked the old and the kids. If reports are trusted then China has only declared around one-third of Corona deaths. Large deaths helped the Chinese Govt. to cope with the overpopulation largely. China through this master plan achieved it reducing its non-performing assets (as called by them). Though a very crude strategy proved successful for them.

 

• Doubtful case and death number: Many world reporters and even few Chinese reporters have accused the Communist Govt. of not disclosing the real number of Corona patients. Many Chinese residents who tried to show the reality have been missing with no traces. By doing this China is trying to show the world how good they handled the case. Hiding affected cases is resulting in creating the original Covid-19 map and confusing the researchers and analysts. 

Now if I trust their Govt. reports then another question arises that how did the epicentre of the pandemic be affected lesser than many other countries? The first answer would be yes the government did a splendid job but China with the largest population and with huge density; this theory is very tough to believe. The second answer is very interesting and is being put up by many. Probably China already has the anti-viral formula may be a certain drug that lowers the intensity. The case numbers would now feel very realistic. Isn’t it? If this is true then China is being inhuman by not giving it to the world.  

 

• China won the biological war with the USA: China won the battle with its closest competitor U.S.A. without a single bullet being fired. Trump is already going into elections in 2020 and had started targeting China in various ways. In between the cold war “The Chinese Virus” (as denoted by Mr Trump) hit the USA very hard with numerous deaths. This has affected the USA economy big time. The situation has brought a lot of criticism for Mr Trump. The Covid-19 Pandemic has almost resulted in the election loss for Mr Trump. Making its competitors weak China is trying to rule the world.   

 

• Increased export: China has doubled its production of masks, PPEs, ventilators and other testing and protection kits. It has opened its export very few days from the Pandemic. China is showing the world that it has come as a rescuer by providing essentials. But the fact is China is earning huge from all over the world. All countries are predicting a huge fall in their GDP except China.

 

• Huge earning by faulty kits: We are all aware of the quality of Chinese goods. This time was not any exception. The testing kits sent by China were mostly faulty. Not only India other countries like Spain, Nederland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Turkey also received such kits. All the countries returned the kits but most of the amount was already paid. The Chinese kits in Indian money cost around INR 75/pc. Now you can calculate how much China earned.

 

• Result of the faulty kits: China had started taking orders for medical essentials in the first phase of the Pandemic. Tracing and Testing were the key factors in stopping the virus. So all countries ordered as many testing kits possible. China sent the orders and slowly all countries started complaining about wrong results. But by this time many tests have been done and many infected persons were tested with a normal report. So these infected people without going into isolation mixed in society and spread the virus. Many fit people were diagnosed with the infection. Many fit people admitted as positives were kept with infected persons and they got infected. This was the scenario in all countries.

South Korea whereas made same kits at a cheaper price but their low productivity could not supply to the whole world. Moreover, India’s compulsion of trading with China made us buy the low-quality kits at a higher price. India Supreme Court had to intervene and cancel the order. The order was cancelled but the problem is the major portion been already paid. All the countries were now made to wait for the replacement. This delayed the testing procedure allowing the virus to spread.

 

• The rat race for the vaccine creation: Whichever country makes the vaccine for the Coronavirus Pandemic will incur huge money by selling it all over. There are reports that China has started working on the antiviral vaccine many months before the outbreak. This raises the question of how did China start the experiment so many months before? Were they aware of the future situation? Was it a well-planned virus outbreak? These questions have countries like Germany send a bill of more than 100 billion pounds to China as a refund. The USA claimed that they will also follow the same path but with a higher amount of the refund. Now if China succeeds in inventing the right medicine or the vaccine the world market will open for it extensively. You love it or hate it all countries will be bound to buy the dosage from China.
  
  

 

• China will recover from the economical loss faster than the whole world: Even when the productivity of the whole world at a stand-still, China continued its production of emergency kits. So China even at the worst time was earning from all countries. It is almost sure that China will come up with a medicine or vaccine. If this becomes correct China will recover all its loss within a few years when the whole world would suffer from the economic loss for many upcoming years.  

The threat to USA’s “Supreme Power” tag: The USA being a giant in the economy is predicting the biggest recession ever faced. So you can imagine the condition of other countries. The USA is a democratic country unlikely China, so taking any harsh steps or news blocking is difficult for them. China ruled by leftists is known to suppress the voice of people by a huge extent. In this condition with already a mammoth loss and many yet to come along with the election season USA’s “Supreme Power” tag might be at risk in future.

 India’s upcoming threat and crisis: India as a country and economy is China’s biggest competitor in the Asian region. China is also India’s neighbor and has gone into war before. There were recent tensions between the two countries in the Doklam area just a couple of years before. China is also the only ally of Pakistan helping them to raise political tensions in India. When China is seeing a connection to the eastern world by road through Gilgit and Balochistan in PoK, India stays as the only hindrance to their ambitious CPEC project. Just between the Corona Virus Pandemic Indian and Chinese armies engaged in a hand to hand combat. Even Chinese fighter jets were seen very close to the border. Pakistan also brought their jets near to the border recently. Now are all these incidents coincidence or preplanned. USA criticism of China which led to the whole world critical about them, India now being USA’s ally becomes the easiest target of China. They will not get into traditional war but by giving Pakistan the help and creating border tensions might create more financial distress in India. Indian Prime Minister’s aim of the trillion-dollar economy will surely hurt China’s status in Asia. So China will try all possible ways to break the backbone of the Indian economy when it is already weakened by the Corona Virus Pandemic.
